Shipping policy
At Acacia, we pack each order with great care and love. All orders are typically shipped within 2–7 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking information on your registered contact number and/or email.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we are not liable for misplaced packages due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Costs
- Flat Shipping Fee (All Orders): INR 100
Pick-Up Policy:
Pick-up is available only in Bhavnagar. While checking out, please select the Pick-Up option. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with the pick-up location and further instructions.
Express Shipping Policy
- Express Delivery Fee: INR 350 (Kindly contact us for this on our email or DM)
- Sundays & Holidays: No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Orders will ship the next business day.
- Delivery Time: Typically 48–72 hours post-dispatch (longer for South India & North-East).
- Courier Partner: Tirupati

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier’s website.
Lost Parcels
We take utmost care in shipping, but in case of a missing parcel:
- Notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- We will raise a dispute with the courier (disputes cannot be raised after 72 hours of an order being marked delivered).
- Resolution may take 10–21 working days.
- Refunds/replacements are processed only after official courier confirmation.

Damaged Products
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:
Please do not accept it.
Contact us immediately at care.teamacacia@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram (@shop.acacia) with your Order ID.
Ensure product tags and original packaging are intact when returning.
Reshipping Policy
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:
- Reshipping Fee: INR 100 (payable before redelivery).
- Such orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
