Return & Exchange Policy
We’re committed to ensuring you love your Acacia purchase. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged or incorrect.
In Case of a Damaged or Incorrect Product:
- If you’ve received a damaged item or something that does not match your order:
- Please email us at care.teamacacia@gmail.com or message us on Instagram within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Attach a clear unboxing video or photos of the item along with your order ID.
- Once verified, we will offer an exchange or store credit, as applicable.
Note: We do not offer pickups. The damaged or incorrect item must be shipped back to us by the customer at their own cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.
Exchange Requests for Ring Sizes
We totally get it — shopping for jewelry online, especially when it comes to ring sizes or personal style, isn’t always easy. While we don’t offer complimentary exchanges, we’re happy to help you get it right with a simple, self-managed exchange process.
If you'd like to exchange an item due to size issues:
- Reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order via email or Instagram. Please mention your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and in the same packaging.
- You will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost. We'll share the return address once the exchange is confirmed.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll arrange to send you the new size or item you’re looking for.
Please Note: All exchange-related shipping charges (both return and re-shipping) are to be covered by the customer. Any price difference between items will be communicated before dispatch.
We aim to make the process smooth and supportive — just drop us a message and we’ll guide you through it.
Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange or return, unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery with valid proof.
A Note on Unboxing Videos
We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order. This serves as proof in case of damage, missing items, or any other concerns.
Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
